Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box banana cake mix, 1 c. nuts, 3 eggs, 1 1/3 c. water and 1/3 c. shortening (oil, butter; your choice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix banana cake mix, oil and eggs in large bowl on low speed. Cut up bananas and put in mix.
Add nuts and mix together.
Spray loaf pans with Pam and put mix in pans.
Cook at 275Β° until done. It should make 3 to 4 loaves of bread.
