Mash bananas with a fork; measure one cup.

Beat together the sugar, peanut butter and margarine; beat in egg and mashed bananas.

Combine oats, flour, baking powder and salt; stir into banana mixture until well combined.

Stir in raisins.

Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet coated with a cooking spray.

Shape cookies with the back of a spoon.

Bake at 375Β° for 12 to 14 minutes until lightly browned.

Makes 18 cookies.
