Banana Ice Cream
Banana Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 gal. whole milk, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 4 eggs (raw) and 4 medium size bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Blend eggs, condensed milk and sugar together well with whisk spatula.
Add flavorings and salt. Mash bananas with fork into pulp and stir into mixture.
Add milk until fill line in freezer is reached.
Makes 1 gallon.
