Banana Fruit Slush
Banana Fruit Slush is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. water, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 large (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed, 1 large (46 oz.) can pineapple-grapefruit juice and 5 bananas, pureed in blender, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Stir together the water and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
Add juices and bananas and mix well.
Pour into 2 1/2-gallon freezer containers or clean milk cartons.
Cover and freeze at least 24 hours or up to 6 months.
To serve, let thaw at room temperature about 4 hours until mixture is slushy, then add Sprite.
If thawing half of recipe, add only 2 cups Sprite.
