Banana Fluff Cake
Banana Fluff Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. shortening, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. mashed bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix eggs, sugar and shortening together.
Add vanilla, bananas, buttermilk and baking soda.
Mix well.
Add baking powder, flour, salt and nuts.
Beat until fluffy.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix 1 package of banana instant pudding according to box directions.
Spread over cake. Spread Cool Whip over this.
Sprinkle with nuts.
