Banana Crunch Cake
Banana Crunch Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 pkg. coconut pecan frosting, 2 large bananas (ripe), 1 pkg. duncan hines yellow cake mix and 1 c. rolled oats, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Spray Bundt pan with Pam.
In saucepan, melt butter, stir in frosting mix in rolled oats.
Stir until crumbly.
Add 2 tablespoons flour; set aside.
In large bowl, blend sour cream, eggs and bananas until smooth.
Blend in cake mix, beat 2 minutes.
Pour 1/3 batter (2 cups) into Bundt pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 of crunch mixture.
Repeat twice, ending with crumb mixture.
