Banana Corn Bread

Place cornmeal, wheat germ, potato flour, soy flour and softened yeast in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs and all other ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the moist mixture and mix well.
Place in prepared 9 x 5 x 2-inch bread pan and let rise about 1 hour.
Bake in a 325Β° oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Yield
1 loaf.
