Banana Chips is an easy dinner. Made with 20 unripe bananas, pared and sliced fine, 1 c. sugar, 1/3 tsp. salt and oil (enough for deep frying), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine salt and sugar in a small bowl.
Peel and slice the bananas.
To each 3 cups sliced bananas, add 3 tablespoons of the sugar and salt mixture.
Mix well and fry in deep hot oil until golden brown.
Cool and separate sticking pieces.
