Banana Cake
Banana Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 4 egg whites, 3/4 c. ripe bananas and 1 1/4 c. sifted cake flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream shortening and sugar until light.
(Can use salad oil.) Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well.
Stir in bananas.
Sift dry ingredients and add to banana mixture.
Mix until well blended.
Pour into 2 (9-inch) pans sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Use any vanilla flavored white icing on this cake.
