Banana Brownies
Banana Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 extra-ripe medium bananas, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Purée bananas in blender; should be 1 1/2 cups.
In bowl, beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla, then bananas.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add to banana mixture and beat until well blended.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool on rack 10 minutes.
Cut into squares.
