Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas, 3/4 c. vegetable oil, 2 eggs and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 325Β°.
Grease a loaf pan, either 9 x 5 x 3-inch or 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch, with shortening, using a pastry brush. Mix sugar, bananas, oil and eggs in a large bowl with a wooden spoon.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Pour into pan.
Bake until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 60 to 70 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes, then loosen sides of pan and remove.
Makes 1 loaf.
