Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas, 2/3 c. milk, 1 c. fiber one cereal, crushed, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease bottoms only of 2 loaf pans.
Mix bananas, milk, cereal and vanilla with spoon in small bowl.
Let stand about 5 minutes or until cereal is softened.
Mix sugar and margarine in large bowl; stir in eggs until well blended.
Beat in banana mixture.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour in pans. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
