Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, cut into 6 or 8 pieces, 1 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place butter, sugar and eggs in processor.
Blend until all ingredients are combined.
Add bananas and process again.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and add gradually. Blend until mixed well.
Bake in greased loaf pan at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
