Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. butter and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In electric mixer, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and continue beating.
Add bananas, vanilla and almond flavoring.
Mix well.
In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
At low speed, gradually add flour mixture to creamed mixture, alternating with milk.
Stir in chopped nuts. Bake in greased bread tin 60 minutes at 350Β°.
When cool, wrap in foil.
