Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon and 1/2 c. natural applesauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon and set aside.
In a larger bowl, whisk together applesauce, sugar, egg whites, banana and vanilla.
Add flour mixture all at once and stir gently to blend.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool bread completely.
