Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour, 2 eggs, 3 medium bananas, 1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour loaf pan. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Beat sugar, shortening and eggs for 3 minutes at medium speed on mixer.
Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with bananas, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Blend well after each addition.
Stir in nuts. Put in pan.
Bake for 60 to 70 minutes.
