Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. mashed bananas (ripe) and 1/4 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix buttermilk and soda; let stand.
Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, and beat.
Add bananas, salt and vanilla.
Add buttermilk mix and flour alternately.
