Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. flour, sifted, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/3 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together.
Cream shortening and sugar, add eggs and beat.
Add flour mixture and mashed bananas alternately.
Mix in by hand 1 cup chopped walnuts. Spray loaf with Pam, pour in mixture.
Bake on top rack of oven at 350Β° about 45 minutes until set in middle, and golden brown.
