Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. unbleached flour, 1/2 c. whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. baking soda and 4 very ripe bananas, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix all wet ingredients together.
In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Do not overmix; if you do bread will not rise. Spray a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray or use nonstick loaf pan.
Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. Cool, slice and serve.
