Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. sugar, 1/3 c. soft shortening, 2 eggs, 3 tbsp. sour milk or buttermilk and 1 c. mashed ripe bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sugar, shortening eggs thoroughly. Stir in milk and bananas.
Together and stir in flour, baking powder and and blend in salt and nuts.
Pour into well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Let stand 20 minutes before baking.
Bake until it tests done.
Serve warm or cold.
Bake in 350Β° moderate oven for about 50 to 60 minutes.
