Banana Bites
Banana Bites is an easy dinner. Made with 3 bananas, 2 tbsp. wheat germ, 1/3 c. crushed peanuts and 1/3 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Peel the bananas, then slice them into 1-inch pieces.
Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil or wax paper.
Crush the peanuts. Mix them with wheat germ and spread the mixture on a dinner plate. Pour the honey into a small bowls.
Dip each banana piece in the honey, then roll it in the nut mixture.
Line the bananas up on the cookie sheet.
Place the cookie sheet in the freezer for 1 or 2 hours.
Eat while still frozen.
