Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Place Ritz crackers in orderly fashion on cookie sheet.
Put one slice pepperoni on top of each cracker and cover with Mozzarella cheese (about 6 to 7 shreds per cracker). Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted on top.
