Bambini is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. ricotta, 1/2 c. mozzarella, 1/4 c. grated parmesan, 1 pkg. large flaky biscuits (refrigerated type) and 20 thin slices pepperoni, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese in small bowl.
Halve each biscuit horizontally, forming 20 thin biscuits.
Gently shape each piece of dough into an oval (2 1/2 x 4-inch).
Place a pepperoni on one end with a tablespoon of cheese mixture on top.
Moisten edges; fold dough over to enclose filling, pinching edges to seal.
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Cook until golden brown (10 to 12 minutes). Serve warm.
