Baker's Best Coconut Macaroons
Baker'S Best Coconut Macaroons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. baker's angel flake coconut, 1/3 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1/8 tsp. salt and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Heat oven to 325Β°.
Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in large bowl.
Stir in egg whites and almond extract until well blended.
Drop from teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until edges of cookies are golden brown.
Remove from baking sheets immediately.
Makes about 18 macaroons.
