Baked Wild Rice
Baked Wild Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. wild rice, 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Prepare rice according to package directions.
Saute celery, onion and green pepper until half done.
Add pimento and mushrooms; mix with rice.
Add chicken broth.
Place in casserole and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
If dry, add additional broth. Serves 8.
