Baked Tomatoes
Baked Tomatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium tomatoes, halved across width, 1/4 c. italian dressing, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 2 tbsp. olive oil and parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Lightly saute garlic in the olive oil; add this to Italian dressing.
Mix well.
Arrange tomato halves, cut side up, in baking dish.
Salt, pepper and lightly sugar the tomatoes, then add the Italian dressing mixture.
Let sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
Top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350Β° for only about 5 minutes, then broil to brown bread crumbs and cheese.
