Baked Squash
Baked Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 medium squash, 1/3 c. pepper, chopped, 1/3 c. onion, chopped, 3 tbsp. parmesan cheese and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Boil the whole squash in salt water until tender.
Carefully slice top off squash and use spoon to remove the inside.
Leave 1/2-inch shell.
Saute pepper and onion until done.
Combine onion, pepper, cheese, egg, crackers and oregano with the squash removed from inside.
Mix well and put in shells.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
