Baked Squash
Baked Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. yellow squash (3 pt.), sliced, 1 large onion, 1 c. sour cream, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook together squash and onion.
Mash until soft.
Add sour cream and soup.
Add melted butter to stuffing and mix in a separate bowl.
Put half of stuffing in casserole.
Pour in the filling.
Cover with the rest of stuffing.
Bake 25 minutes in 350Β° oven.
This freezes well.
