Baked Squash
Baked Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 acorn squash, 1 c. butter, melted, 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced, 3 tbsp. brown sugar and seasoning salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds.
Place, cut side down, in a shallow baking pan containing a little water.
Bake in preheated 375Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Mix butter, garlic and brown sugar together.
Remove squash and baste with butter mixture. Sprinkle with seasoning salt, pepper and paprika.
Return to oven, right side up, with water drained off.
Cook 35 to 40 minutes, until tender.
