Baked Squash
Baked Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. small yellow squash, 2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 c. milk and 2 large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut squash into small pieces and cook until tender.
Do not overcook.
Drain and put in baking dish.
Immediately add butter and salt and pepper and onions.
