Baked Spaghetti
Baked Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. low-fat shredded cheddar cheese, 1 c. low-fat mozzarella cheese, 1/2 lb. spaghetti, 1 c. chopped onions and 1/2 c. green peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix both kinds of cheese and set aside.
Break spaghetti into 3-inch lengths.
Cook and drain.
Cook meat and drain off fat.
Add onions and peppers.
Put meat mixture into a large bowl.
Sprinkle with salt.
Gradually stir in soup, milk and 1 cup shredded cheese.
Add cooked spaghetti.
Pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Bake, uncovered, approximately 1 hour at 350Β° until heated through.
May be refrigerated overnight before baking.
