Baked Shrimp
Baked Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. (2 sticks) butter, melted, 1/4 c. dry white wine, 1/4 c. minced parsley, 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice and 3 large garlic cloves, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 450Β°.
Combine first 9 ingredients in shallow 2-quart baking dish and mix well.
Remove 1/4 cup of this mixture and set aside.
Add shrimp to baking dish and mix thoroughly. Bake for 15 minutes and serve immediately.
Can be frozen, uncooked, to serve at a later date.
