Baked Rice
Baked Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1/4 c. chopped green onion, 2 1/2 c. chicken broth, 1 c. rice and few tbsp. wild rice (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Melt margarine in medium skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and saute until slightly softened. Transfer to 2-quart baking dish.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except seeds.
Cover tightly and bake until broth has been absorbed, about 45 minutes.
Using fork, mix in sunflower seeds. Makes 6 servings.
