Baked Rice
Baked Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. butter, 1 big onion, chopped fine, 2 c. rice, 2 cans beef consomme and 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute onion in butter.
Add uncooked rice and simmer 5 minutes.
Pour all ingredients into casserole except almonds. Cover; bake 1 hour at 325Β°.
Stir in almonds when done.
Serves 8.
