Baked Rice
Baked Rice is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with c. uncooked rice, oleo, medium onion, medium green pepper and beef consomme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown rice in oleo; add chopped onion and green pepper.
Put in 8 x 11-inch baking dish.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Add 1 to 2 cups water.
As it cooks, if too dry, add more water.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
