Baked Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 stick butter, 1 chopped bell pepper, 1 chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 1 c. uncooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute the bell pepper, onion and celery in butter.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix and bake in a 9 x 13-inch covered pan for 1 hour at 350Β°.
Can make ahead and bake when ready.
