Baked Rice
Baked Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/4 cup uncooked long grain rice, 1 tsp minced fresh parsley and 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a greased 12 oz. baking dish, combine broth, rice and parsley, salt and pepper.
Cover and bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until rice is tender.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 4 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
Yields 1 serving.
