Baked Potato Fans
Baked Potato Fans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 medium baking potatoes, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted, garlic salt, pepper and 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut potatoes crosswise into 1/8-inch slice, cutting only 3/4 through.
Place, cut side up, in greased, oblong baking dish, 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inches.
Brush with margarine; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
Bake in 375Β° oven, brushing with butter once or twice, for 45 minutes.
Mix cheese and bread crumbs; sprinkle on paprika.
Bake until tender, 20 to 30 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
