Baked Pineapple
Baked Pineapple is an easy dinner. Made with 20 oz can pineapple, crushed and drained, 1 c sugar, 2 tsp cornstarch, 1/4 c water and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grease 1 qt baking dish well.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. Dissolve cornstarch in water and mix all ingredients.
Top with cinnamon and a few slices of oleo.
Bake 1 hour uncovered.
