Baked Pineapple
Baked Pineapple is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 c. water, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained) and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine cornstarch and water; stir until smooth.
Add to eggs; blend well.
Add pineapple, sugar and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
