Baked Meatball Surprise
Baked Meatball Surprise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. kellogg's corn flakes or 3/4 c. kellogg's corn flakes crumbs, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, 1/4 c. shredded raw carrot and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
If using Corn Flakes, crush into fine crumbs.
Mix together all ingredients, except catsup.
Combine thoroughly.
Shape meat mixture into 12 balls, about 2-inches in diameter.
Place in single layer in greased, shallow pan.
Spoon 1 teaspoon catsup over each meatball.
Bake in hot oven at 450Β° about 20 minutes or until done.
Makes 6 servings of 2 meatballs each.
