Baked Macaroni
Baked Macaroni is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 2 c. (8 oz.) grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1 tbsp. butter and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
While macaroni is hot, add butter and sour cream.
Stir. In separate saucepan, melt evaporated milk and Velveeta cheese together.
Place cooked macaroni into greased 2-quart casserole. Pour cheese and milk mixture over the top.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put back in hot oven until cheese melts.
Serves 6.
