Baked Lasagna
Baked Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 tsp. parsley, chopped, 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown ground beef with onion and parsley; add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, lasagna noodles directed on package.
Eggs and cottage cheese together.
Using a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and an
8-inch pan, spread about 1/2 cup meat sauce in each.
Alternate layers of lasagna, meat sauce, cottage cheese mixture
Mozzarella cheese until pans are full. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly.
