Baked Game Hens

Put rice in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Top with game hens.
Add water and spices from rice package.
Add celery, green onions, water chestnuts, mushrooms and wine.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
