Baked Fudge Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. cocoa, 1/2 c. flour and 1 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat eggs and add all dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Stir in melted butter, pecans and vanilla.
Pour into an 11 x 7-inch metal pan and set in another pan of boiling water.
Bake in a 325Β° oven for 45 minutes or until set like a custard.
Do not overbake. Cool and cut into 2-inch squares.
Best if slightly warm and served with ice cream or whipped cream.
