Baked Egg Casserole
Baked Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, chopped ham, sausage, bacon or chicken (about 1/2 to 1 c.), cooked, 3 eggs, 2 c. milk and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Crumble the bread in bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle chopped ham, sausage, bacon or chicken over bread.
Mix the eggs with the milk and dry mustard.
Pour over bread and meat.
Sprinkle with the cheese.
Then place slices of American cheese over entire pan.
Let stand 3 to 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
