Baked Chicken
Baked Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 boneless chicken pieces, 1 c. spicy cheese crackers, crushed, 1 tbsp. garlic powder, 1 tbsp. parsley flakes and mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Wash and dry chicken.
Spread mayonnaise on both sides and dip in cheese crumbs until well coated.
Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan and shake garlic powder and parsley flakes over.
Cover with foil and bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Can be eaten cold or hot.
Better for you than fried chicken.
