Baked Chicken
Baked Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 8 slices dried beef, 8 chicken breast halves, boned, 8 slices bacon, 1/2 pt. sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Spread dried beef over bottom of pan (greased Pyrex dish). Wrap a strip of bacon around each breast and secure with a toothpick.
Lay each breast on piece of dried beef.
Mix sour cream and soup together; pour mixture over the top.
It should cover the chicken.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 275°.
Uncover and cook 1 1/2 hours more at 275° (total 3 hours).
