Baked Carrots
Baked Carrots is an easy dinner. Made with 4 large carrots, 1 tbsp. oil and 1/2 c. whole grain cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cut carrots in half crosswise, then quarter each piece lengthwise.
Toss with oil.
Put crumbs in paper bag.
Shake carrots in bag to coat.
Place in single layer in greased baking dish.
Cover tightly.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
