Baked Caramel Corn
Baked Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. corn syrup (white), 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt butter.
Stir in sugar, syrup and salt.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil, without stirring, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and soda.
Put corn in big pan and pour mixture over corn.
Bake in oven at 250Β° for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and store in tightly covered container.
